Front-end development
- The front end is the UI (User Interface), which deals with the general aesthetic of the website as well as how interactive and dynamic it is. To master it, familiarize yourself with all parts of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) – Start learning the basics of HTML by developing a simple website that covers all parts of HTML.

Clients – A system that provides data, services, or applications over a network is known as a server. They exchange (send and receive) data / information between the client and the server.
- API (Application Program Interface) – API is a collection of established rules that allow communication between two apps or act as an intermediary between them. The response received from the server fulfills the user’s request.
- Client-server architecture: The purpose of this architecture is to understand request and response. Whenever a request for data is made from the client-side, the server responds to that request. The image of the database appears, the description of which is given in the next step, and saves the information to be obtained.
Database
- A database is a collection of data that allows us to manage (store and retrieve) data. Databases are classified into two types: relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL). Some well-known databases are:
MySQL is a relational database management system (RDBMS) that stores and manages data.
MongoDB – This is a NoSQL database that searches key-value and graph databases.
VoltDB – It uses memory to store data and follows a relational structure.
Version control
- When a new library is added to a program, it is updated over time, resulting in a new version. If you’re working on apps, using Git is a must. Git is an open-source platform in which the entire code is present since its inception. It’s safe, versatile, and easy to edit, and it restores code.
- It has repositories where all files, including the codebase, are kept and modifications can be made as required. Anyone can work together and make changes as needed.
